5 Ways To Use Rondee.Com For Your Coaching Practice (and have clients old and new adoring you too!)

I had a great experience yesterday using a free conference line service called Rondee.com. The call was for an almost last minute meeting and the client wanted the whole call to be recorded. Since I had never used a conference call service for an actual call before, I was a little bit nervous because I’ve heard so many things could go wrong.

But with the exception of a dropped call (due to my wi fi phone connection), everything on the call went smoothly from beginning to end. So, that made me think of how this service applies for coaches of any type.

If you are a coach, here are just 5 of the ways I came up with to use Rondeee for your coaching practice.

1. Record Client Sessions

I have to say that I loved how easy it was to record a call with Rondee.com. All you have to do is click a box before your call saying that you want it recorded. Once the call is done, Rondee will upload the sound files to the invitation page for your call. Other services require you to punch in complicated codes or you have to be on the call already and then press Record (something many people forget to do) - both of which lead to embarrassing mistakes.

What this easy recording means for you is that you can add more value to your clients to relive their coaching experience by offering them a recording of the call. This way your client doesn’t need to worry about taking copious notes and lose out on being 100% engaged in their coaching session.

2. Hold Group Coaching Sessions

Eventually if you want to build your coaching practice to a reasonable size, you will have to start taking on the one to many model of coaching. Well, Rondee makes it really easy to add new participants to these calls. All you need are names and emails to add people onto the call. When I did the call yesterday, the invitation sequence was flawless both for myself and my client.

Here’s a cool thing- if you’re offering this call as a free preview of your services, you can encourage your invitees to invite their friends to attend the event. You will just need to enable this when setting up your call. The result of this? Your coaching session could go viral with a lot more people on the call than you expected. This does wonders for attracting new clients and increasing your perceived expert status.

3. Record Expert Interviews

Now that you know most of the basics of Rondee, it’s time to think of some other ways to use this service.

One thing you should try is contacting experts who you think your clients need to hear from. Schedule a Rondee (which, FYI, is their play on Rendez-vous) with individual people or hold a panel call, whichever works best for creating an exciting and helpful environment. Ask compelling questions that you know your clients would love to know the answer to or email your subscriber list to get those questions from them directly.

When you get the recording of the experts answering these questions, burn it to a CD. After that, upload the CD files to a website like Kunaki.com where you can get CDs duplicated for less than $2 each.

Voila! You’ve just created a great gift to give to your best clients - and to attract new ones.

4.Record Mastermind Sessions

I credit working in a mastermind group for changing the way I look at myself and my space in the Internet marketing world. If you’re not in a mastermind session where you brainstorm on business ideas and plan out implementation with a group of likeminded people, you need to get in one today.

Then, when you have the sessions over the phone, each and every person will benefit because they can access the recording of the call. That way, you and everyone else in the session doesn’t have to lose that brilliant brainstorm they had during the mastermind.

5. Hold A Web Event

One of the features that stuck out to me about Rondee was the option for a live streaming version of the call. So, if you have people who can’t afford the long distance call, you can provide them with a link to listen to the call live online. Now, this isn’t a new service by any means but I haven’t seen a free conference call service that offers this before.

The potential for live streaming is great. If you’re doing the work of building your list community online, you can create a coaching event for members only. And you can create a special page just for those listening online with exercises, writing prompts, and notes about the call. There’s a lot of opportunities here that you could use starting today!

What’s your experience with other free conference line services? Have they been disasters or just as easy to use? Let me know! Comment below.
